Please find your order reference number and take a photo of the item in question, then contact our customer service team.
Layout issues
You can check your design in Order History in the app to ensure your product has been printed correctly. If we've made a mistake and the printed product does not match your design, please contact our customer service team.
Printing
Popsa uses state-of-the-art printing machinery, and our staff complete regular quality assurance checks. We aim to resolve rare instances of human or technological error as quickly as possible. If we have made a mistake with your order you can request a reprint.
Assembling
If there has been a mistake in the assembly of your order, or if you've received a damaged order, please contact our customer service team.
