Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country; you can estimate your delivery time at any point.
If you have selected either the Tracked or Rush Shipping option, you can track your shipment.
If you've not received your delivery 14 days after your dispatch notification, please contact our customer service team.
Find a missing shipment
Firstly, check the delivery address on your order in the Popsa app to ensure all information is correct.
Standard and Express shipping do not come with a tracking option. However, if you find your order reference number and speak to our customer service team, they may be able to help.
Troubleshoot a delivered tracked shipment
If your tracking information says your package has been delivered but you haven't received your product, contact the courier service directly and ask for proof of delivery.
On occasion, a package may be held for you to collect from a Post Office.
Note In the USA, the USPS will deliver your package if either Standard or Express shipping has been chosen.
