Popsa aims to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the specification of your order, and the delivery option you selected. You can estimate your delivery time using the Popsa app.

Processing times

Print timings depend on the options you select for your order; you can always estimate the time until dispatch. When items are printed and ready for dispatch, you can expedite a delivery if you need your order to arrive sooner.

For special occasions and holidays, such as Christmas, delivery timings may vary. Allow extra time where possible, and check the last order dates for delivery in time for Christmas.

Shipping options

Shop now pay later

If you would like to pay later, select Klarna from the payment methods when completing your order if available in your region.

Questions about a delivery

Depending on the delivery option you selected, your Popsa order could arrive as soon as 24 hours after dispatch. If you placed an order for more than one item, items may arrive separately. If you’d like more information on this, you can learn why some basket items arrive separately.

We can also advise on deliveries that have not arrived 14 days after dispatch if you think your item has been lost or delayed.

Troubleshooting

We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order has not been delivered to our usual high standard, please contact our customer service team with your order reference number.

In some instances, you may be able to request a refund if your order has been poorly printed.
