Our shipping options

Depending on your delivery region, Popsa offers up to four shipping options to best suit your needs.

1. Standard
   Standard shipping is usually taken on by the national postal service of the destination country, and can take between 7 and 10 business days, depending on how remote the location is. No tracking information is provided with this option.
2. Express
   A faster option than standard shipping. Your items will usually arrive in half the time; however, this option is not available to all regions. No tracking information is provided with this option.
3. Tracked
   For peace of mind, this option adds tracking information to your order upon dispatch, meaning it can be traced throughout its journey. This option is fulfilled by a professional international courier service, such as UPS or DPD. 
4. Rush
   This option is handled by a specialist courier service for the fastest possible delivery, and can be delivered to your door as soon as 48 hours after dispatch. Tracking information is provided with this option.

Bear in mind

• All items are made to order, so printing times can vary. However, you can estimate the time until dispatch by adding 3-4 working days to the date on which you ordered. 
• You can estimate your delivery time in the app before processing your order.
• Once your order has been placed you have a one-hour grace period to change your shipping option, before your order gets sent to the printer.

Delivering to a PO box or someone else

If you're not having items delivered to your home address, we recommend using Tracked or Rush Shipping to track your order and ensure it’s delivered.

 

Shipping prices

Shipping prices are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your shipment. The prices below are a guide, and can vary depending on the destination.

Packaging

We take extra to care to ensure your items are packaged and protected before dispatched. This includes limitations to the number of items we can fit into one package. 

 

Volume shipping discounts

For customers making use of our volume discounts, we also offer volume shipping discounts.

The volume shipping discount is included at checkout, and will usually be 50-60% when selecting standard shipping on multiples of the same item.

The discount percentage may change if you select premium shipping methods such as Rush or Tracked.

You can maximise your overall discount by adding more to a single order. For more information read our guide to volume discounts.

 

Rush shipping explained

Rush Shipping is a premium shipping option and, if available, will be the last option in the Shipping Options step of placing your order, before Payment Options.

At this time we are unable to offer Rush Shipping for any products in Australia or New Zealand.

In the USA, Rush Shipping is only available for Photobooks and Prints.

We do not offer Rush Shipping for Photobooklets.

Bear in mind

• Rush Shipping is quicker than the alternative shipping options, but does not guarantee next-day delivery.
• Rush Shipping is a 48-hour service, from time of dispatch.
• Selecting Rush Shipping will not speed up the printing process.
• The last order dates for delivery in time for Christmas are calculated using the Standard Shipping option. Rush Shipping will provide faster delivery times.

Track your shipment with Rush shipping

Our Rush Shipping couriers will collect your items from our printing facilities and deliver them directly to your destination. Tracking is available once your order has been dispatched. Learn more about tracking your shipment.

Delivery to islands or autonomous regions

Popsa is able to deliver to the majority of autonomous regions under European sovereignty. 

There are two exceptions for autonomous regions where we cannot deliver: Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
