You can use a PO box for your Popsa deliveries. We recommend using Tracked or Rush Shipping, so that you can access tracking information throughout the delivery process. 

 Bear in mind

• Be sure to check a guide to photobook sizes to ensure your order will fit your PO box
• Deliveries can only be made if your PO box location is open and accessible

Note If your order is larger than your PO box, your delivery will be unsuccessful, and you may need to contact the courier to provide an alternative method for delivery. For this reason, we always recommend using tracked shipping when delivering to a PO Box.

If the courier can't complete the delivery, they'll take the package with them. You'll then be asked to either arrange an alternative delivery method or collect your order from a Post Office.

For any deliveries that have not arrived 14 days after dispatch, it's best to contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you further.
