If you receive unexpected duplicates of your items, first check the status of your order to make sure you ordered the correct quantity.
Keep the extra copies
You can keep any unexpected duplicates you receive, regardless of how the error arose. All of our print designs are personalised, so any items returned to us are destroyed and recycled.
Avoid receiving extra copies
If you've requested a reprint due to a missing order, and your order then arrives, please let our customer service team know so they can cancel your reprint.
If you mistakenly order a duplicate item that hasn't yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order and request a refund.
Please note, your items may arrive separately – there's no need to contact our customer service team if an item is missing from your initial delivery.
