If you need to fix a typo after placing your order, you can take advantage of Popsa's one-hour grace period. You can edit a design after placing your order, for up to one hour.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend any designs, including typos, if your order has been sent to print.

Amend a typo using the Popsa app

  1. Go to Order History
  2. Tap on the order with the typo
  3. Tap Make Changes
  4. Select Edit Layout
  5. Find and tap on the text you wish to amend
  6. Type the new text in its place

Text in your printed item is not what you entered in the app

If the text in your printed item doesn't appear exactly as it does in the app, please contact our customer service team to resolve the problem.

The Popsa app currently supports Roman and Cyrillic alphabets. You can also include emojis in your captions. Any other alphabet used will print a ⍰ symbol instead of the intended letter.
