If you want to delete your Popsa account, the process is simple.
Note If you're deleting your account to avoid unwanted marketing emails, you may wish to unsubscribe from Popsa emails instead.
How to delete your account
- Go to My Account
- Scroll down to Delete Account
- Tap Contact Support
- Read the pre-written email
- If you're happy with the email tap Send
- Our customer service team will reply once your account has been deleted
Note If you have an order being processed at the time of deleting your account, we'll ask you to confirm that you've received your order before deleting your account.
Bear in mind
- Deleting the app does not delete your account
- When you delete your account, you won’t be able to access previous orders and designs
- Instead of deleting your account, you can log out of your account at any time. This saves your designs and order history for future use
- If you've created an additional account by mistake, you can delete it and sign in to an existing account
- You can also log out of connected apps and photo sources
- You can create a new account after deleting an old one
