Printing times can vary depending on the design and your chosen format. However, if your order has not been dispatched seven days after ordering, you can check the status to see where your items are.
Even if you order several items at once, basket items can arrive separately on occasion.
Issues outside of our control can occur at our printing partners which may cause a slight delay before orders can be dispatched such as busy periods, or extreme weather events.
Please also check if it has been a public holiday as some couriers do not operate on these days.
Potential reasons for your order not being dispatched
Two common reasons are:
- The rendering of your digital images has been unsuccessful
- Missing photos in your design have caused a delay in the printing process
- The address included on the order is incorrect, or missing key information (such as house number).
If you're unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Once you have successfully submitted a design, you can estimate the time until dispatch.
If you have missing photos or photos not uploaded
Occasionally, if the WiFi signal you’re connected to is interrupted or disconnected, your photos can stop uploading when you place an order, preventing your order from being processed.
