You can edit a design after placing your order or change the details of an order for up to one hour via the Popsa app. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any orders or edit any designs that have been sent to our printers.
Crop a photo
You can move your photos around and crop a photo for one hour after placing your order. For photos that include people, we have a guide to avoiding cropped heads to help you get the best out of your designs.
To achieve better results, you can rotate a photo to match the orientation of the frame. View the status of your order to confirm your changes have been updated.
Bear in mind
- You cannot replace a photo once an order has been made
- If you notice missing photos in your design but can't select a photo for the frame, please contact our customer service team
- If you can't make the changes you require, you can cancel your order for a refund for up to one hour after placing your order
Troubleshoot a delivered design
If you receive your order and there are issues with the cropping of your photos, contact our customer service team for assistance. Unfortunately, if your product matches the design you submitted, there might not be anything we can do.
