You can contact Popsa directly through our Live Chat, as well as our customer support form. We aim to respond within 24 hours, although this may vary during peak periods such as Christmas.
Our Knowledge Base hosts information on a range of content, including Editing, Payments, Your Account, Troubleshooting, Deliveries and Privacy and Security.
Contact us via the app
The easiest way to contact us is via the Popsa app; this will automatically provide our customer service team with important information regarding your order.
Reporting a problem through the app:
- Go to Order History
- Select the order you wish to discuss
- Scroll down and tap Report a problem. This will display our Knowledge Base which will recommend articles that may be relevant to your query. You can close the Knowledge Base with the - icon in the top right hand corner to submit a customer support form
- Fill in the required fields and, if needed, attach images to illustrate the issue

- Your order number will be automatically included in the support form, so please ensure you select the correct order you wish to discuss.
General query or request:
- Go to your Account in the app
- Scroll down to Contact Support. This will display our automated Knowledge Base which will recommend articles that may be relevant to your query. You can close the Knowledge Base with the - icon in the top right hand corner to submit a customer support form.
- The customer support form will appear.
- Fill in the required fields and, if needed, attach images to illustrate the issue
