If you forget to apply a voucher code when placing your order, this can be easily rectified.
To find out if a voucher code has been applied to your order, you can visit the Order History page in the Popsa app.
How to redeem a voucher code after placing your order
If you forget to apply your voucher code to your order, you don't need to cancel your order.
Instead, contact our customer service team with:
- Your order number
- Your voucher code
If your voucher code is valid, the customer service team will arrange for the discounted amount to be refunded back to your account within a few days.
Note Voucher codes released after your order was placed cannot be retroactively applied to your order.
Wrong voucher code used
If you've applied the wrong voucher code to your order, contact our customer service team and let them know which voucher code you'd like to use instead.
